Chairman’s Message
ENG. MOHAMMED BIN MANEA ABALLALA
Chairman – Non-Executive
Eng. Mohammed bin Mana bin Sultan Abalala is the Founder and Director of Al Masane Al Kobra Mining Company (AMAK) since 2008. He was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors of AMAK in September 2017.
Additionally, he serves as a Member of the Board of Managers of Asas Mining Company. He is also the Founder and Chairman of Najran Cement Company, a position he held from its establishment in 2005 until 2022.
He has 41 years’ of experience; he served for 21 years as an Engineering Officer in the Military Works Department of the Ministry of Defense since 1984 AD. He retired in 2005 with the rank of Brigadier Engineer.
He holds a Degree of Bachelor in Civil Engineering, as well as Degrees of Bachelor and Master in Political Science.
MR. IBRAHIM ALI BIN MUSALLAM
Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors
Non-Executive
Member, Vice Chairman, and Co-Founder of Almasane Alkobra Mining Company (AMAK), and the Chairman of the Board of Managers of Asas Mining Company, and the President of Nearland Properties Inc. and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of SKAB Group.
With over 33 years of leadership experience across various industries, he has played a significant role in commercial real estate and the hospitality sector in Saudi Arabia, Europe, and the United States. In 2003, he was appointed as the CEO of Sadaca Environmental Group for recycling.
He previously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Salam Aerospace Industries, in Saudi Arabia and Board Member of Boeing Industrial Technology Group (BITG) Corporation.
He has a bachelor degree in International Business and Finance from The American University in Washington, D.C.
ENG. AYMAN ABDULRAHMAN H. AL-SHIBL

Eng. Ayman Abdulrahman H. AlShibl, a Member of the Board of Directors of the Al Masane Al-Kobra Mining Co. (AMAK). He has more than (37) years of experience in several entities, including (9) years in the government sector as a civil
engineer and project manager, and then moved to work in the private sector, currently occupies the position of CEO of the United Medical Group Co.He holds a Bachelor degree Of Science in Civil Engineering from King Saud University, Riyadh. He completed Several programs and incentive courses in Engineering Management and Information Systems. And is a Member of Saudi Council of Engineers as Consultant Engineer.
ENG. SAVAS SAHIN
Managing Director-Executive Board Member
Eng.Savas Sahin has been a Board Member of Almasane Alkobra Mining Company (AMAK) since 09 Jan 2022. He has over 28 years of experience in the mining industry and has held several strategic roles in mining companies in Turkey, Australia, and Saudi Arabia.
He served as the CEO of AMAK from 2017 to December 2021.
During his tenure, he restructured the operations of the Al Masane Mine, developed and constructed the Guyan Mine, and initiated the construction of the Moyeath Mine. He has prepared AMAK Mining for the successful IPO in early 2022.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering and a Master’s degree in Executive Business Administration.
MR. AHMAD ALSALEH

Ahmad Alsaleh is the Managing Partner at Khwarizmi Industrial, with 15 years of experience in corporate finance and industrial investments. He previously held the role as the CEO Advisor at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF), where he supported key initiatives and decision-making processes. Ahmad also held leadership roles at Samba Financial Group and the National Commercial Bank.
He sits on the boards of Khwarizmi Capital and Saudi Hygiene Concept. Ahmad holds a bachelor’s degree from Prince Sultan University and has completed an executive program at Queen’s School of Business.
MR. ABDULSALAM ABDULLAH AL DRAIBI

Mr. ABDULSALAM AL DRAIBI, Board Member and CEO of Najran Cement Company, with over 17 years of an experience in the Finance, Business, Management, and Investment sectors. A knowledgeable analyst, and intellectual leader in the Investment field. He has a B.S in Management Information Systems from KFUPM, and a Master of Business Administration. He joined AMAK Board in January 2022.
ENG. MOHAMMED AHMED ALSHEHHI

Eng. Mohammed Al Shehhi, Board Member, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab Mining Company. Mr. Al Shehhi holds an Executive Master’s degree from the American University of Sharjah and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida. He serves as the Chairman of Arab Mining Company (Armico). He has also held senior executive roles at Emirates Telecommunications Corporation (Etisalat), across an eventful career that has spanned 17 yearsا

Eng. Fekry Youssef Mohamed is the Board Member and Undersecretary of the Ministry of Mineral Resource, and Chairman & Managing Director of Petrosilah Petroleum Company. He also held Chairman of the Egyptian Mineral Resources Authority “Egyptian Geological Survey”, Chairman & Managing Director of Shalateen Gold Company and Chairman of the Egyptian Company for Marketing Phosphate and Phosphate Fertilizers.
Eng. Anwar bin Ali bin Mohsen Alfarsani

Eng. Anwar bin Ali bin Mohsen Alfarsani is a distinguished expert in the mining and mineral exploration sector, with more than 40 years of professional experience in geological exploration, mineral resource development, and mining project management.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Earth Sciences at King Abdulaziz University, obtained in 1980. Since then, he has built an extensive and specialized career, with particular expertise in sedimentary stratiform deposits, mineral exploration, and the preparation and evaluation of technical and economic feasibility studies for mining projects.
Throughout his career, Eng. Alfarsani has participated in several national and international advisory committees and has contributed to leading and implementing numerous successful exploration and mining programs across the region, gaining extensive professional expertise in the development and utilization of mineral resources.
