Under the patronage of His Highness Prince Jalawi bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed Al Saud, Governor of Najran Region, and in the presence of H.E. Dr. Abdullah bin Nasser Abuthnain, Vice Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Almasane Alkobra Mining Company “AMAK” participated today in the Skills and Training Forum “Waad,” organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

During the forum, AMAK showcased its experience in developing the skills of trainees and preparing them for the labor market. The company also signed a cooperation agreement with the Ministry’s branch in Najran aimed at supporting training and employment pathways through two main tracks: training leading to employment and on-job training. AMAK was represented in signing the agreement by Mr. Saud Al-Salem, Human Resources Manager.

This agreement embodies the principle of sustainable partnership between the public and private sectors and reflects AMAK’s national role in developing competencies and preparing youth, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to build a prosperous economy and a vibrant society that relies on qualified national talents.

The company also reaffirms its continuous commitment to supporting development initiatives and strengthening its contribution to building a new generation of leaders in the mining and industrial sectors, capable of meeting future challenges and creating opportunities.
