Governance Center at Alfaisal University, during the Fourth Annual Corporate Governance Conference held in Riyadh.\n<br><br>\nThis recognition follows AMAK\u2019s selection among the top non-financial companies listed on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), based on the 2024 Corporate Governance Index assessment. \n<br><br>\nThe index evaluates companies\u2019 performance across key areas, including board effectiveness, shareholders\u2019 rights, disclosure and transparency, and stakeholders\u2019 rights, in line with the principles of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).\n<br><br>\nThis achievement reflects AMAK\u2019s strong commitment to enhancing transparency, safeguarding shareholders\u2019 rights, and strengthening
