This senior level role in the organization is accountable for the maintenance and asset lifecycle management of three process plants at Al Masane, a standalone crushing plant at our Guyan gold deposit, the operation and maintenance of the site\u2019s diesel-powered generators (37 MW installed capacity via 31 x 1-1.6 MW units), and underground electrical, pumping and ventilation infrastructure. With more than 130 maintenance staff, this is a significant component of our core business. Located at a comfortable 1,750 m above sea-level in the Najran-Al Joshwan mountain range, this position is open to people ready for adventure and who thrive in driving high performance in themselves and their team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensures the highest level of safety, health and environmental work standards.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for ensuring plant and equipment availability and functionality to meet<br \/>\nproduction output, product quality and product shipping commitments.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that KPIs such as plant availability, planned versus unplanned work, planned<br \/>\nrebuilds, condition monitoring and budget are achieved.<\/li>\n<li>Allocates resources effectively and fully utilizes assets to produce optimal results.<\/li>\n<li>Provide clear direction, focus and accountability for the maintenance function.<\/li>\n<li>Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards,<br \/>\nmetrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and manage employee performance and behaviors in line with company<br \/>\npolicy and the needs of the maintenance department.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure appropriate systems of governance are in place including vendor supplies,<br \/>\nrepairs and quality control of all work and other company governance requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Lead continuous improvement efforts within the maintenance function in terms of<br \/>\ntechnology and innovation, efficiency, performance, and cost optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Accountable for development and management of asset lifecycle planning, budgeting<br \/>\nand management for all fixed assets across the business.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage the delivery of the annual plan for the maintenance function.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.<\/li>\n<li>10+ years of experience in Base Metals Flotation and Gold Processing, with 5+<br \/>\nyears at a Managerial level.<\/li>\n<li>An advanced knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting,<br \/>\nstrategic planning, resource allocation and human resources).<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.<\/li>\n<li>Exemplary knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory,<br \/>\nand stewardship processes.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Title : Fixed Plant Maintenance Manager Department : Fixed Plant Maintenance We are currently looking for a motivated, high-performing senior leader who is ready to accept full operational accountability for the position of Fixed Plant Maintenance Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
