This senior level role in the organization is accountable for the management and<br \/>\noperation of three process plants within our Al Masane mining complex. Combined, our three<br \/>\nplants currently produce 80-100 ktpa zinc concentrate, 25-35 ktpa copper concentrate and 30-<br \/>\n50 kozpa gold. Located at a comfortable 1,750 m above sea-level in the Najran-Al Joshwan<br \/>\nmountain range, this position is open to people ready for adventure and who thrive in driving<br \/>\nhigh performance in themselves and their team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensures the highest level of safety, health and environmental work standards.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that KPI Operational Indicators such as Process Plant Throughput, Metals Produced and Recovery are met in accordance budget.<\/li>\n<li>Allocates resources effectively and fully utilizes assets to produce optimal results.<\/li>\n<li>Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide clear direction, focus and accountability for the processing function.<\/li>\n<li>Develops systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and manage employee performance and behaviors in line with company policy and the needs of the processing department.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure a culture of adherence to budget and continuous improvement is embedded throughout the processing team.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure appropriate systems of governance are in place including metallurgical accounting and reconciliation, precious metals security and other company governance requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Lead continuous improvement efforts within the processing function in terms of technology and innovation, efficiency, performance, and cost optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage the delivery of the annual plan for the process plant function.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mineral Processing, Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering.<\/li>\n<li>10+ years of experience in Base Metals Flotation and Gold Processing, with 5+ years<br \/>\nat a Managerial level.<\/li>\n<li>An advanced knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic<br \/>\nplanning, resource allocation and human resources).<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.<\/li>\n<li>Exemplary knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and<br \/>\nstewardship processes.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Title : Process Plant Manager Department : Process Plant We are currently looking for a motivated, high-performing senior leader who is ready to accept full operational accountability for the position of Process Plant Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
